Vulnerability Part 1

You must be wondering why I just started the first post but already put "Part #" on the title. There's no fantastic reason, it's simply because I'm just about to learn this topic.

I want to have an easy start for the blog. It turned out, easy start came with the most difficult topic ever, ironically.

I have always been a person who seeks answer through conversations or technology. When conversations were not satisfying; Youtube, quoted text and motivational websites have been helping a lot so far.

So last year, while in the middle of heartbreak and start seeing things that I normally don't see, (No, not ghost 👻 LOL. But it was when all the negative thoughts arise, when the incredibly low-self-esteem strikes, you know, when suddenly all you can see was that everything had now becoming your weaknesses which in normal days those things were actually just a normal human traits that you actually wouldn't sweat about. Yeah, I think you get what I meant.) I came across very interesting TED videos from Dr. Brene Brown, she's a researcher on this very specific topic and human connection in general. The main idea is the more vulnerable you are, the more human you are in relationship with other people. Anyway, you should just watch the talk, she's a really fun speaker to watch. I even being very inspired on her skill of public speaking and story telling.

One of the reason I'm starting to write blog again is to practice my terribly rusty story-telling skill and I think one of a good story telling trick is to show your vulnerability, because only then you can be seen as a genuine person.

And so..... here goes nothing!
